As we play host to many overseas visitors, the menu we present is created from produce & ingredients sourced exclusively from Australian regions. The fresh seafood is flown in from either Tasmania or Western Australia and the steaks served onboard are specially chosen from Darling Downs in Queensland.

All the dishes in our gourmet menus are freshly prepared by experienced chefs onboard our vessels to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
