But, wherever you choose to go, make sure you take public transport and get there early so you can spend the evening in good company till the highlights of the evening begin to unfold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The go-to spots for those who are not aware of all the vantage points are the Sydney Heads, the inner harbor and the Parramatta River and they are definitely the most crowded. There are many more&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sydneynewyearsevecruise.com.au\/magistic-nye-fireworks-cruises.php\">vantage points that afford a fantastic view of the Harbour of Light Parade and the New Year\u2019s Eve fireworks<\/a>&nbsp;display \u2013 so do your homework if you don\u2019t want to get lost in the crowds. Here are a few of the popular ones\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>Circular Quay Promenade<\/strong>, within the foreshore of the Sydney Harbour, is free for all and opens at midday. It\u2019s the perfect place for an unobstructed view of the New Year\u2019s Eve festivities. This venue can host about 12,000 people, but alcohol is strictly prohibited.
